New version of the page

We can put "EFR" with a link to this page at the top of every table column that lists EFRs. That makes this an entry level page for newbies who are encountering EFRs for the first time. So I wrote it with that audience in mind. Emphasis on practical how-to matters, de-emphasis on advanced usage. Non-mathy language, "numbers" not "integers", "simplify" not "reduce", etc. Sqrt(3)/sqrt(2) should probably be written with actual square root signs (more newbie-friendly, "why is squirt misspelled?" lol), but I couldn't figure out how to do that.

I agree enumerations isn't a good term. Perhaps it's widespread enough to say in the Alternate Forms section "EFRs are sometimes called enumerations", perhaps not. I never heard the word until yesterday.

I know SEFRs are often written as 1/(a:b:c:d). This is unnecessarily lengthy. Also illogical, it should be a/(a:b:c:d). I propose the xenwiki move to the shorter format, because it's objectively better.

The "See Also" section may be unneeded since all those pages are linked to anyway.
