This is a simplified version of Wikipedia's navigation bar template.

{{{1}}} (required): One unnamed parameter, which is the full name of the page to link to.

{{{2}}} (optional): A second unnamed parameter. Pass in mini to change View • Talk • Edit to V • T • E.

text (optional): Text preceding the navigation bar, often used to indicate the namespace.
