Hello Sam, I just posted [[User:Aura/Aura's Ideas of Consonance|my own ideas of consonance]]. I'd like to hear what you think of these. Perhaps our ideas of consonance are mutually compatible. Also, I think we need to examine Harmonic Entropy in a new light- take the individual sections of the [[Harmonic_Entropy#a.3D.E2.88.9E:_Harmonic_Min-Entropy|minimum Rényi entropy]] that correspond to different octaves and combine successive octave sections into a single curve.
