: I suggest not to use a user-defined skin. After Wikipedia switched to Vector, MonoBook seems to be no longer maintained by the MediaWiki team. - I suggest not to use a user-defined skin. After Wikipedia switched to Vector, MonoBook seems to be no longer maintained by the MediaWiki team. Maybe you can still use MonoBook and change the search bar position via user-defined CSS and/or user-defined JavaScript, but I'm currently not able to help you with this issue. --Xenwolf (talk) 13:27, 17 September 2018 (UTC)
