The syntonoschisma or syntonic schisma is an unnoticeable 11-limit comma with a ratio of 230 × 3-27 × 57 × 11-1 = 83886080000000/83881572334857 and a value of approximately 0.093 cents. The syntonoschisma is significant on account of it being the interval between a stack of seven syntonic commas and one 12/11 neutral second in Just Intonation - this significance in relation to syntonic comma being the source of its name. Tempering it out leads to a form of syntonoschic temperament.
