Page deletion requires special rights.
To request page deletion, place {{delete}} on top of that page with a single unnamed argument that indicates the reason for deletion.
The page then will be automatically added to the Category:Pages nominated for deletion and an operator will do the actual deletion, if nothing else speaks against it.
