Thanks for sharing [[:File:A stroll through some retuned maqams.mp3|''A stroll through some retuned maqams'']]. Listening to it was an interesting short trip. I really liked the part from 00:46 to 01:02 (''Maqam Saba''?). Well, I have to admit that the contrapuntal elaborations at the beginning and end did not convince my heavily Baroque-biased ears, but maybe I just misinterpret the melodic lines.
