Electra is a tritave-repeating rank-2 temperament in the 3.5.11.13 subgroup, with a generator near 15/11 or its tritave complement, 11/5. The name was given by CompactStar in analogy to Sirius, Arcturus, and Canopus, which are tritave-repeating temperaments named after stars. It tempers out 14641/14625 (the amount by which three 11/5's exceed 117/11) and 1875/1859. It possesses MOS scales of the families , , and . | Electra is a tritave-repeating rank-2 temperament in the 3.5.11.13 subgroup, with a generator near 15/11 or its tritave complement, 11/5.
