::::::: Hmm, I'm not convinced. 7edo technically supports meantone, but it's a really poor tuning of it. 7-tone traditions around the world are almost never meantone. 5-tone, 7-tone, and 12-tone traditions are more likely related to the 3-limit/Pythagorean tuning, generated and equalized.
