::: I think Sintel's first point was that the differences are technically (mathematically) ''quotients''. Imo ''difference'' is the better term cuz we're talking about ''intervals'', for which the frequency ratios are but a representation.

Generally for commas it is helpful to note things similar to [[176/175]], where it says ''"It is the amount by which 11/7 exceeds two 5/4's stacked"''. These are musically relevant relations that people can understand immediately.
