== Bayati ==
There appears to be an error in the above diagrams; the scale labeled Bayati above (C Dd Ed F G Ab Bb), judging by the notes it contains, should actually be mLmLsLL, not mmLLsLL. Either that or the note names given are incorrect.

The mmLLsLL MODMOS is very interesting in its own right, though. Particularly the version of it in 17edo, which I like to call Screamapillar. (That scale is two modifications away from mohajira, and one modification away from diatonic).

Hmm, it looks like Bayati IS mmLLsLL, according to Maqam World:

http://www.maqamworld.com/maqamat/bayati.html

So that means screamapillar is the 17edo version of bayati. And the notes for bayati/screamapillar should be C Dd Eb F G Ab Bb. Looks like a simple typo (Ed should be Eb).

== Origin of "Mohajira" ==
What I see is a collection of properties or features. But where does Mohajira originate from, who invented/coined/discovered it?

According to Margo Schulter in the FB group, Mohajira was originally a JI tuning invented/discovered by Jacques Dudon.

Ah, thanks. Maybe that should be added to the article introduction.

Yes, I would say it should be added.

t knew that page on the xenwiki existed and tried to search for it - but the search function in this wiki seems not to work at the moment...

I don't have the article at hand. Maybe I'll try to contact Jacques Dudon directly.
