Joseph Cancellaro is an American composer and sound designer. He is an associate professor at Columbia College Chicago since 1989, and the Chair of the Interactive Arts and Media Department in the School of Media Arts.
He is also the author of the book Exploring Sound Design for Interactive Media, in which he explains the correlation between sound design and music theory.
