3-5-7-9-13-15 eikosany

A 15-odd-limit eikosany. This creates a scale of 1 117/112 15/14 13/12 9/8 65/56 5/4 9/7 13/10 39/28 3/2 45/28 13/8 117/70 9/5 13/7 27/14 39/20 2/1, with steps of 117/112 40/39 91/90 27/26 65/63 14/13 36/35 91/90 15/14 14/13 15/14 91/90 36/35 14/13 65/63 27/26 91/90 40/39. (3/2 and 39/28 appear twice, reducing this to an 18 note scale) On top of the 2 directly repeated notes, it also has 4 comma steps of 91/90 that blur into their neighbours when played together, making it not particularly optimal for its size melodically. It does still have 8 perfect fifths though, plus a couple of imperfect but still usable ones flat by 105/104 and one sharp by 351/350, which means there are plenty of consonant chords available as long as you don't hit the wrong adjacent notes.
