3-5-13-15 stellated hexany

An 11-limit Stellated Hexany. This creates a scale of 1 65/64 13/12 75/64 5/4 325/256 65/48 195/128 25/16 13/8 5/3 15/8, with steps of 65/64 16/15 225/208 16/15 65/64 16/15 9/8 40/39 26/25 40/39 9/8 16/15. (5/4 and 65/64 each appear twice, reducing this to a 12 note scale). Due to the repeated notes, this can be mapped onto a standard keyboard. Unlike the base hexany, this does not put a 3/2 above the root and so is best used in a rotated mode that has the greatest number of simple ratios. It does have 6 perfect fifths and a decent number of highly consonant chords, but it also has two comma sized steps that are below the useful size for melody, making it highly usable but not completely optimal as a 12-note scale.
