The simplest possible 13-odd-limit stellated Hexany. This creates a scale of 1 65/64 39/32 5/4 3/2 195/128 13/8 15/8 2/1, with steps of 65/64 6/5 40/39 6/5 65/64 16/15 15/13 16/15. This does not reduce the size of the largest steps in the base hexany, and only adds two comma steps of 65/64 which increase the amount of dissonance available, making it quite weak both melodically and harmonically for the number of notes in the scale.
