This breaks up the largest steps in the base hexany in quite an effective way, although it needs to be rotated to view the parallels clearly and use a more consonant mode. As it has 1 as a factor, it only has 8 notes, but all of them are both melodically and harmonically effective, making this quite a strong scale for its size.
