This extends the basic archy scale of the 1-3-7-9 hexany into a 10 note scale with 6 perfect 5ths and plenty of consonant chords, with no intervals smaller than a third-tone, making it both melodically strong and easily accessible while still having quite a few obviously xenharmonic notes.
