This creates a scale of 1 13/12 195/176 13/11 5/4 4/3 15/11 65/44 52/33 13/8 20/11 15/8 2/1, with steps of 13/12 45/44 16/15 55/52 16/15 45/44 13/12 16/15 33/32 160/143 33/32 16/15. As is often the case, using the more complex inversion of the offset interval actually cancels out factors and produces a more consonant mode overall, although it does put a wolf fifth above the root note, which means it still needs further rotating to one of the six notes with perfect fifths above them to maximise the stability.
