Lumatone mapping for 2edo

There are several conceivable ways to map 2edo onto the lumatone keyboard. However, as there are only two notes per octave it can be indistinct which steps are up or down, unisons or octaves. Setting the up-right step to 600 cents up, the down-right step to 600 cents down and the vertical step to octaves lets you have 15 zones set to different instruments, each with a range of 7 & 1/2 octaves, plus several ones with smaller range at the edges.
