Here is my approach to 1edo:

Basics

1edo can be viewed as the tuning system containing one pitch class, in contrast to 0edo and its single pitch. This means that for any given root x, the notes of 1edo will be in the form 2n(x) where n is an integer.

Commas

1edo tempers everything to the unison/octave, so it is not practical to list commas.

Composition

A good way to use 1edo is to treat it more as percussion, with each note representing another type of drum.
