This is the development of what FloraC calls "Eliora's Naming System" whenever I edit in large EDOs.

I'm hoping that this "Eliora's Naming System" actually has a name and proper standardization to it.

Idea

The idea is to have a system that represents sub-EDOs as well as just intervals of an EDO.
