The performance of 'Autumn I' for Conic Bellophone, percussion, Trombone, Trumpet, Celo and Bass Clarinet. Steve Altoft has a trumpet with a quartertone valve which was required for the composition. His work is amazing ... he plays with the duo contour and check about his trumpet at

The Timpanist and percussionist Peter Curic got sick the day before the concert and the young London based percussionist Matthew West was able to join on the spot.

Lewis Jones was the conductor and did a great job too!

The guitarist Wim Hoogewerf with the percussionist from Duo Contour, Lee Ferguson, played a 96 edo guitar (1/4 tone frets and 6 E strings 1/16 of a tone appart) and conic bellophone duet. They played an amazing ascending chromatic scale (range of an octave) using the 96 notes in unison, and then some zig-zag exercises. They also played a duet I wrote for 96 equal temperament guitar and bellophone. God bless my luck for having had the most talented artists in the world for this event.</pre></div>

Boz Zidarvukotic the London based Russian Celo player was very sweet and precise! ... The contemporary trombonist Allan Tomlinson enjoyed the continuous glissandi with quartertones. The Italian bass clarinetist Guido Arbonelli played remarkable multiphonics.&lt;br /&gt;
