Odd-limit
Is this different from odd-limit? If so, how?

Odd limit is a bound on complexity, not a measure of it. 5/3 has kees height 5, but it's an interval of the 9 odd limit.

..and here is the wished example :-) I added this and a some more on the page. Did I understand it correctly?
