There are many conceivable ways to map 10edo onto the onto the Lumatone keyboard. However, it has 2 mutually-exclusive rings of fifths, so the Standard Lumatone mapping for Pythagorean is not one of them.
Neutral thirds
4L 3s
The closest thing to a diatonic scale is using the neutral third to generate a 3L 4s scale.
3L 1s
Since 10edo is a small edo, this can easily be compressed down to 3L 1s or even 1L 2s to extend your range without impacting playability.
1L 2s
Blackwood + Decimal/Lemba
Since 10edo is a tuning of blackwood, a blackwood mapping can work (although it is not the most efficient in terms of note usage), as demonstrated in Onett's Stick Bug (2019?) – microtonal cover in 10edo by Bryan Deister (2026). The scale is 4L 2s with a 2:1 step ratio, as in decimal and lemba temperaments.
