Introduction or explanation

This circular temperament is based on the following intervals: 7/6, 9/7, 13/11, and 14/11.

In this temperament all minor thirds are either close to 7/6 or close to 13/11, and all major thirds are either close to 9/7, 14/11, or 81/64. The "neutral" third, however, varies between a value close to 6/5 and a value close to 5/4.

Also it has some nice suspended chords.
