Here is a random rank-3 temperament I found. I suggest the name septihemithirds as it is a 7-limit (septimal) temperament that splits the perfect fifth (hemi) in two thirds. All data is from Sintel's temperament finder.

Cool misc stuff

This temperament identifies a stack of an octave, 5 56/45s, and a 5/4 with 7/1. Although this has a lot of error in JI, it comes very close in this temperament.
