This creates a scale of 1 33/32 17/16 11/9 187/144 11/8 17/12 3/2 51/32 11/6 17/9 187/96 2/1, with steps of 33/32 34/33 176/153 17/16 18/17 34/33 18/17 17/16 176/153 34/33 33/32 192/187. Since the base hexany has 9/8's but no 3/2's, this works well to give you a scale with 8 perfect fifths, but also many highly xenharmonic steps both large and small, without adding any so small as to be melodically useless, that maps unambiguously to a subset of 24edo.
