1-3-5-7 by 8/5 bihexany

Two copies of the simplest possible Hexany, offset by a fifth harmonic. This creates a scale of 1 7/6 5/4 4/3 7/5 35/24 8/5 5/3 7/4 28/15 2/1, with steps of 7/6 15/14 16/15 21/20 25/24 192/175 25/24 21/20 16/15 15/14. This does not reduce the size of the largest step at all, and clusters all the smaller intervals on the other side, making for a quite noticeable gap. Still, all the intervals are large enough to be melodically useful and there are many simple chords available, including four perfect fifths and one that is flat by a marvel comma, making it not too hard to compose with as long as you are aware of its limitations.
