errata?

Are the numbers right here? Ternary has complexity 0.77, error 58.026, and badness 28.673. The constrained wedgies page says logflat badness is just CE here. I can't get 28.673 out of CE regardless of whether I take a factor of 1200 out of the error....

The "CE" is complexity times relative error. Absolute error is E/C, so (E/C)*C^2 is what you want.
