Template:Prime/doc
This template produces a prime symbol ′ with a small amount of leading space so it does not collide with preceding bold (''') or italic ('') characters. It is designed to be easier to remember and somewhat clearer than an unadorned ′ or ′.
| Note: | You can use {{,}} as a shortcut.

Technical notes
The difference between this template and {{spaced prime}} is that this template is designed for letters that require little or no spacing, such as o, A, and L, while <nowiki>′</nowiki is designed for letters such as f, l, and uppercase C and T that require more space.
