Bryan Deister has used the following layout (as demonstrated in In Your Hands (microtonal 24edo) (alt layout)). According to discussion in the comments, it should be 7 steps right and 4 steps up; with the 0 point in the lower left corner; however, something seems off between what is shown in the video and what is below, so I am putting this in the Talk for Lumatone mapping for 24edo (instead of in the real article), pending verification.
