Pakkanian Hemipyth (done), 2.3.11.13/5.17 {221/220, 243/242, 289/288}. Essentially an answer to Frostburn's question "Is there a rank-2 temperament with a fancy subgroup where √2 ~ 17/12, √3/2 ~ 11/9 and √4/3 ~ 15/13 without further contortion of the generator or does that necessarily happen?"

Null temperament (WIP), any subgroup, comma list is all the primes in said subgroup. A 0-dimensional temperament. Names proposed include cypher and devnull.
