1-3-5-7 by 3/2 bihexany

The simplest possible Hexany, offset by the simplest possible interval that (tautologically) puts a 3/2 above the root to create stable chords with. This creates a scale of 1 35/32 7/6 5/4 21/16 35/24 3/2 5/3 7/4 15/8 2/1, with steps of 35/32 16/15 15/14 21/20 10/9 36/35 10/9 21/20 15/14 16/15. Two notes (the 5/4 and 7/4) appear twice, reducing this to a 10 note scale and mildly reducing your compositional options, but ensuring that the steps all remain distinct, with only one quartertone, which is still large enough to be melodically useful.
