13/8은 단 6도와 장 6도의 중간에 있는 13분 중 6도(Tridecimal neutral 6th)의 주파수 비이다. 이 음정도 12EDO와 상당히 불일치한 관계로 반플랫/하프 플랫(, Half-flat)을 개조한 13분 1/3음(27/26, tridecimal third tone) 내림표()나 첨자로 13을 붙이는 게 적절하다.

13분 중전음률(Tridecimal meantone)에서는 C-G𝄪의 간격인 겹증 5도(Double-augmented 5th)로 취급한다.
