"Monotonic Scale" and "Monotonic Tuning"

I would maybe change the name of this - we have been using the term "monotonic scale" to refer to something which has pitches strictly increasing (e.g. no negative step sizes), as seen here: https://en.xen.wiki/w/Periodic_scale
