Given a list of categories, it categorizes a page under those categories and (possible later feature) disallows categorizing when used in certain namespaces (customizable).
Features:
 
* Allows templates to categorize pages, given a list of categories
 
* Suppresses categories based on a list of suppressed namespaces (configurable) and a list of suppressed suffixes (subpages; configurable)
* Template is standalone; it requires no other modules as dependencies, apart from possibly utility modules.
