There are many conceivable ways to map 56edo onto the onto the Lumatone keyboard. Only one, however, agrees with the Standard Lumatone mapping for Pythagorean. This is the highest EDO in which this mapping gives you access to all notes in the gamut in every octave covered, each note appearing only once with no skips or repetitions.
