It's been a long time but I heavily doubt it was intended to be the Dutch swear word, probably this https://www.dictionary.com/browse/neuk and it was chosen arbitrarily as a word that sounds kind of like "neutral", so it's not a very great name anyways. It's been a long time but I heavily doubt it was intended to be the Dutch swear word, probably this https://www.dictionary.com/browse/neuk and it was chosen arbitrarily as a word that sounds kind of like "neutral", so it's not a very great name anyways.
