The '''who''' template is used to identify statements in articles that require names attached to them. This is most useful for "weasel words" (e.g. "one or two theorists{{{{ROOTPAGENAME}} }} have described this temperament as amazing" or "a friend of mine{{{{ROOTPAGENAME}} }} recommends this book"), words and phrases that give the illusion that a claim is specific and meaningful when it is actually vague or ambiguous.
