This is the MOS where the large steps divide the small steps into groups of 3-2-3-2-3-2-2. Its generator is a neutral third of up to 7/24edo (350 cents), which serves as an approxiamte 11/9; with 38edo (the low estimate for the boundary of "practicality") giving this ratio almost exactly.
