WIP
Neutrino is an arithmetic temperament tempering out the arithmetic comma 1/20, equating 6/5 and 5/4. The "optimal" generator for Neutrino is 1/10 + (1/20)/4 = 9/80 although similar sized generators such as 1/9 can also be used. 9ado is an excellent tuning for this temperament.
