Neutrino is an arithmetic temperament tempering out the arithmetic comma 1/20, equating 6/5 and 5/4. The "optimal" generator for Neutrino is 11/10 + (1/20)/4 = 89/80 although other intervals of similar size such as 10/9 can also be used.
