: "Kibibyte" is good enough for me too, it at least makes it less confusing. I raised issue with the current name because there are [[Temperament_naming#Temperament_and_comma_naming_conventions|strong reasons]] for renaming this comma. : I should add that the [[megabyte comma]] doesn't have this problem because 1048576/1048575 is fairly low-prime-limit ([[41-limit]] specifically) while 1048577 = 17 * 61681. : Should it matter, I think the prefix "kibi" could be used alone, without the "byte" reference, to give a shorter name like "kibisma" or "kibi-comma".
