The Editable user page template adds a message box to inform readers that a page in user space is open to contributions from other users.

Pages with this message box are placed in Category:Editable user pages.

Usage

This template should be placed at the beginning of a page or section. The terms in question, or a description of the terms in question, should be entered as an unnamed parameter.

Typing the code below, for example:

produces the following:
