I also have a lot of serious health issues, some life-threatening, and end up in the hospital a lot. This eats up a lot of my time and energy. Therefore, I have to be careful with what I commit to, and where I spend my energy.   
Being aspie is actually a plus, and helps me do a lot of things I like to do.  <hr />  
 
So don't take it too personally if I don't make time for you, or if I don't want to have long conversations. Or even if I block you, especially if you want to fight and prove you're "right." Arguing about petty things is not a luxury I can afford.
