The smate comma or symbolic comma (monzo: [11 -1 -4⟩, ratio: 2048/1875) is a large 5-limit comma measuring about 153 cents. When tempered out, it equates four just major thirds with the just perfect eleventh. However, it is quite inaccurate to temper this comma out due to its size and relatively low complexity, so it may be treated as an interval in its own right, where it is about a neutral second. It exceeds 12/11 by 5632/5625.
