BudjarnLambeth: Reported bug with the "threshold" parameter. Also made a suggestion to change to scaling default max error instead of absolute default max error.

I first noticed this while trying to increase the strictness of the 120edo table, but then realised this is also happening even on the 12edo table example given on this template page itself. The two versions, with and without the threshold parameter, are exactly the same.
