Yes, a practical help to get done a particulare POTE tuning. Nothing against the theory (and links to theoretical topics will be good), but the way to percept a theory is better, when it starts at the problem. Try first to ask: What is the problem that is solved by this technique (an why is it a problem at all). I think if the problem is not well understood, then the solution either.<br />
