This is the way, wikis work: you can add new (potential) pages during writing in one page using a specific syntax for internal pages by enclosing terms within double brackets . But maybe I misunderstand your question. It's not a bad thing to have links to pages that don't exist: it gives the opportunity to the reader to become a writer if he/she knows something about the topic.<br />

there's a small mention of it on the page "optimal patent val". basically, a&amp;b means you take the vals (mappings) from a-ET and B-ET and use them to define a rank-2 temperament. (or a&amp;b&amp;c for rank-3, etc.)<br />
