Individual intervals hardly matter at all, it&#039;s the relationships between them that are important.<br /> <br /> 26edo is the one meantone temperament everyone seems to forget about.<br /> <br /> 26edo is great because of flattone, injera, and mothra. Flattone in particular is mind-blowing because it&#039;s meantone but 8/7 and 7/6 are switched from what they are in septimal meantone (e.g. 31edo). Play parallel 3-step intervals in flattone[12] to see what I mean. Some are 6/5 and some are 8/7.
